Customer Service Manangers drive our business in directly servicing the needs of our valued customers. We focus on understanding customer requirements, commiting to those requirements, and ensure successful execution of on-time pick up and delivery of shipments. Our Customer Service Managers handle regional areas of the country or focus direct attention on specific customer accounts in order to meet goals to provide success for Heartland Express and our customers. Using modern call management, Internet tools, and our Enterprise Information System, our Regional Managers focus on communicating customer expectations, monitoring the status of shipments, and maximizing utilization of our asset equipment.
